The garden is shared between the holiday guests/occupier and us, the house owners. We aim to keep the garden as quiet and as relaxing as possible. You are free to use the garden. A barbecue and garden furniture are provided for your own use.

The house benefits from all the facilities, associated with quality accommodation in France. Each guest bedroom is fully equipped with: Television; Stereo; Mini-bar; Hairdryer; Iron; Safe; and Tea and coffee making facilities. Other features include linen and towels and a daily clean of all rooms. Washing machine and clothes drier facilities are also available.

Airport transfers available on request at a nominal rate.

We are happy to equip you at a nominal rate with picnic hampers, cycles and golf clubs for hire during your stay and guided tours are available on request. Please contact us for further details.

Bed linen and towels are changed regularly and additional changes are possible for a small fee. Upon arrival you will find a basic welcome basket containing:

Tea, Coffee, fruit chocs..…and of course a bottle of Red.

The mountain lakes above Mas Cabardes provide fantastic scenery and a great place for outdoor sports and activities or to walk and enjoy the country side, a list of tourist facilities are available from the Maison du Parc and the tourist office in Mas Cabardes.

Carcassonne is located at the crossroads of two main circulation routes used since Ancient times, a fantastic place to visit, the old City is well known amongst French travellers and is a must if you stay in the area.
